Privacy Policy

MNR PLAY is an entertainment technology brand of M&R Group Inc. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through MNR PLAY websites, forms, customer support, beta programs, and related digital services. It does not apply to third-party platforms, applications, payment processors, game publishers, device manufacturers, or other services that maintain their own privacy practices.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact information such as your name, email address, and, when you choose to provide it, a mobile telephone number.
• Account, support, troubleshooting details, and information you voluntarily submit through forms, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Referral, promotional, or communication preferences when those features are offered.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, and similar technical information.
• Usage and analytics information such as pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, referring pages, and interaction with website features.
• Cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies used for site functionality, security, analytics, attribution, and preference management.

Payment information: when payments are enabled, payment card or banking information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor. MNR PLAY may receive transaction status, billing contact details, payment identifiers, and other limited payment-related information, but should not intentionally store full payment card numbers unless expressly required and appropriately secured.

• Provide, operate, personalize, maintain, and improve MNR PLAY websites and services.
• Process subscriptions, purchases, beta applications, referrals, setup requests, and customer support.
• Route customers to appropriate device, setup, or service experiences.
• Communicate transactional information such as confirmations, account notices, support responses, service updates, and renewal information.
• Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted and where required consent has been obtained.
• Analyze performance, customer journeys, product interest, conversion, and feature usage.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and violations of applicable terms.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect MNR PLAY, M&R Group Inc., customers, and others.

MNR PLAY may offer optional SMS/text-message updates, beta invitations, launch notices, promotions, and customer communications. Where consent is legally required, promotional or automated text messages will be sent only after the user provides the required consent. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

Operational or transactional communications that are necessary to complete or support a customer-requested transaction may be handled separately from marketing consent when permitted by law. Users may opt out of marketing texts using the instructions provided in the message. Opting out of marketing texts does not automatically cancel a subscription or prevent essential service communications that are otherwise permitted.

MNR PLAY may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and infrastructure services. We may also disclose information:

• To M&R Group Inc. and affiliated brands or entities for legitimate internal business purposes and shared services.
• To comply with law, legal process, court orders, or valid government requests.
• To protect rights, safety, security, property, customers, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
• With your direction, consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time information is collected.

MNR PLAY does not intend to sell personal information for money. If future advertising, analytics, referral, or data-sharing practices constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under an applicable privacy law, MNR PLAY will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms before or at the time they become applicable.

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and secure, and analytics or preference technologies to understand performance and improve the customer experience. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies or tracking technologies will be subject to appropriate notice or consent choices. Browser or device privacy controls may affect site functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and business need.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and MNR PLAY cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you request a Revelaire song or Writer’s Room session, we collect the materials you choose to submit: your spoken story and other voice recordings, written lyrics or notes, names, pronunciations, dates, photographs or brand assets you upload, and your contact details. We use them only to create, produce, revise, and deliver your project, to support you, and to keep required business records.

Intake recordings and uploads are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is available only to authorized Revelaire personnel and the service providers that host, transmit, or process the project on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Intake recordings are removed on the retention schedule shown in the intake flow, generally thirty days after delivery, unless a longer period is required for support, dispute resolution, or law.

Whether Revelaire may publicly feature a completed project is a separate opt-in choice you make during intake. A decision to decline does not affect your purchase or delivery, and a decision to permit it does not authorize publication of raw recordings, private story submissions, drafts, private communications, or likeness beyond what you approved. Ownership and license terms for finished work are governed by the Terms of Service, not this Policy. You may ask us to delete submitted materials through the Support page, subject to legal and record-keeping limits.

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, restriction or limitation of certain processing, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or marketing communications. MNR PLAY will honor applicable rights as required by law.

To submit a privacy request, use the MNR PLAY Support page and identify the request as a “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Authorized agents may be permitted where required by law.

MNR PLAY will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

MNR PLAY is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization. Certain programs, including the Founding Beta program, may be limited to adults 18 years of age or older. If we learn that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

MNR PLAY may link to or integrate with third-party applications, device platforms, game services, payment providers, social networks, or other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. MNR PLAY is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent for material changes.
