Refund Policy

MNR PLAY subscriptions are recurring. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges; cancellation takes effect for the next billing period.

Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, unless a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by MNR PLAY.

If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact MNR PLAY Support. Duplicate and incorrect charges may be reviewed and, where verified, corrected or refunded.

Please include your order reference, the email address used at purchase, and the approximate date and amount of the charge so the review can be completed quickly.

Purchases, subscriptions, rentals, or fees made through third-party app stores, player applications, device stores, payment platforms, or other third-party services are controlled by those third parties under their own terms. MNR PLAY cannot refund charges made through third parties; those requests must be directed to the third party that processed the charge.

Ready-to-Watch devices are physical products prepared before shipping. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for physical devices may be subject to separate terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Where separate terms are provided, those terms govern the device transaction.

Revelaire personalized songs, jingles, and brand sound packages are custom creative works delivered digitally. Because production begins specifically for you, these purchases are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you request a cancellation before production has begun, or if Revelaire declines your project before production begins, the purchase may be refunded. If you believe a charge was made in error, see Duplicate or Incorrect Charges above.

Production begins after successful payment and receipt of the required intake information and materials. Revision rights are limited to the number included in the package you selected.

Service issues caused by your internet connection, device, app compatibility, home network, or third-party platforms do not automatically create a right to a refund. MNR PLAY Support will help troubleshoot setup and playback issues, and refund eligibility in these situations is assessed case by case where required by law or expressly approved.

Suspension or termination for unauthorized account sharing, resale, or use of MNR PLAY on more TVs/devices than the plan authorizes under the Household Use & Connection Limits section of the Terms is not refundable except where required by law. A properly purchased Extra Connection is authorized use and is not considered a connection-limit violation.

Refund requests are handled through MNR PLAY Support. Submit your request through the Support page and include:

• Your order or payment reference.
• The email address used at purchase.
• The approximate date and amount of the charge.
• A brief description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under mandatory applicable law. Where the law provides greater protection than this policy, the law prevails.

MNR PLAY may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date, and additional notice will be provided where required by law.
