IBO Pro Player

A widely used third-party player available on Apple devices and many Smart TV platforms.

Where the MNR PLAY app isn't available, this is the player we point people to. Install it from your device's own app store.

Third-party trial and activation

IBO Pro Player provides a 7-day free trial on supported devices. If you choose to continue after the trial, the app's provider charges a one-time third-party activation fee. MNR PLAY does not collect that fee and it is separate from your MNR PLAY plan.

Getting it on screen

  1. Open your device's app store

    Find the store on your TV or device's home screen.

  2. Search for the recommended player

    Install it the same way you would install any other app.

  3. Open the player

    It will ask for the details needed to load your MNR PLAY experience.

  4. Sign in with the details we send you

    When your MNR PLAY account is ready, we email you the sign-in details. Enter them once — the app remembers them.

  5. Press play

    Everything you can watch appears inside the app. Browse by category, or pick up where you left off.

Sign in

Your sign-in details

Sign-in details are emailed to you once your MNR PLAY account has been prepared. There's nothing to create or choose yourself, and nothing to enter here — you enter them once on the device and the app remembers them.

  • Type them exactly as sent, including capital letters, and watch for stray spaces.
  • You only sign in once per device. Each additional TV or device you intend to use needs its own authorized connection.

If something looks off

The install was blocked

Your device asks for permission the first time an app comes from outside its store. Approve the prompt and run the install again.

Sign-in isn't accepted

Re-enter the details exactly as they appear in your email. If they still aren't accepted, contact us and we'll check the account.

The guide looks empty

Guide information can take a few minutes the first time, and looks blank without internet. Close the app fully, check the connection, reopen.
