Your sign-in details
Sign-in details are emailed to you once your MNR PLAY account has been prepared. There's nothing to create or choose yourself, and nothing to enter here — you enter them once on the device and the app remembers them.
- Type them exactly as sent, including capital letters, and watch for stray spaces.
- You only sign in once per device. Each additional TV or device you intend to use needs its own authorized connection.

If something looks off
The install was blocked
Your device asks for permission the first time an app comes from outside its store. Approve the prompt and run the install again.
Sign-in isn't accepted
Re-enter the details exactly as they appear in your email. If they still aren't accepted, contact us and we'll check the account.
The guide looks empty
Guide information can take a few minutes the first time, and looks blank without internet. Close the app fully, check the connection, reopen.
Not sure this is your device
Go back to the device list and pick the closest match, or ask us — we'll confirm before you change anything.
Connections
Your plan covers the TVs and devices authorized to use MNR PLAY. Choose a connection for each TV or device you want to use. Signature Family covers 3 paid devices and includes a 4th authorized device free. Need a 5th device? Add an Extra Connection for $9.99/month or $79/year.
